When you have placed an order at Darling Delicious, we will try to deliver your purchase as soon as possible to your home.
You should receive your order to your delivery address, within 1 to 7 working days after confirmed payment. To ensure your orders are delivered safe and secure, Darling Delicious have recently started shipping with one of the world’s most prestigious parcel delivery services, UPS. This also means that you'll be able to track & trace your order as soon as it has left our shop. After your order has been dispatched, your track & trace code will be send to you by email.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that an order will be delivered on a precise time. We therefore advice you to use a convenient delivery address, where someone is readily available to receive the order.
Can I still change the delivery address after my order has been submitted?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address after your order has been submitted. We, therefore, advise you to carefully think about the delivery address, before confirming your order. If you are not available at home throughout the day, you may prefer to use a work address, neighbour or a relative.
What happens if I'm away when you deliver?
If there is nobody at home to receive your parcel, the UPS courier will leave a note containing a contact number. This number will then allow you to arrange for a repeat delivery, at a more convenient time.
